Smart Sparrow是美驰澳大利亚未上市私企投资基金项下的投资项目之一，美驰澳大利亚董事总经理Jaron Yuen 近日与众分享本项目细节及心得体会。自美驰澳大利亚未上市私企投资基金成立起，基金已完成对11家私企的投资并实现了项下3个投资项目的成功退出。

Jaron 在私人股权投资和投资银行有超过20年的经验，在加入美驰澳大利亚之前，Jaron曾任瑞银房地产和私人市场的执行董事，主导澳大利亚、英国和欧洲的私人企业、能源、市政设施、电子通讯和交通领域的并购。并曾任花旗集团的伦敦银行高管、荷兰银行及阿姆斯特丹银行高管，以及联实集团（Lend Lease）的投资经理。
